Sugar + egg whites
Ingredients
- Cake flour 250g
- chill butter 150g
- sugar 150g
- eggs 1
Steps

In a stand mixer, mix the flour, butter and sugar.

Add the egg and mix.

Put the dough in the counter and mix with the hands without kneading.

Put the dough in a ziploc bag and refigerate for 15 min

Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 cm and place it in a 24cm pan. With a fork, prick it.

Put it in the pan on the freezer for 15 minutes.

Cook in a preheated oven at 180C for 15 minutes

Let it cool down in the pan.
