    Boil milk with half the sugar.

    In other recipient mix the yolks, cornstarch, limon juice an lemon zest.

    Add the boiling milk slowly to the yolk mix.

    Place the mix on the stove and mix until it thickens

  5. 5

    Take it from the stove, add the butter and mix.
